For more than two years I am having a broadband connection from airtel. So far I have not faced any problem with Airtel. I used to get SMS from Airtel when their broadband service will be down(that will be usually in the midnight only, may be for maintenance). If there was a technical problem, after logging the complaint with the help desk within 24 hours, I used to get the prompt service.
Recently I got a connection from BSNL also. I got a landline and broadband connection. I wanted to change the broadband plan and when ever I tried to call the customer care, I was not able to reach them. So still I am continuing with the same broadband plan. I received the first month bill. I did the payment through Les Concierges. Even after making the payment, they have disconnected my landline and also broadband connection.
In my experience Airtel service is better than BSNL.

in Bangalore AirTel service is far better than other its competitors.
but AirTel already exhausted its bandwidth. any now a days they are more interested in providing connections to corporates rather than house holds.
in bangalore airtel is the sole reason for spoiling in youth life.

I m blamming AirTel because they were very relaxed and did not concentrated hard for safe guarding a genuine customer.
of course AirTel then approached him with good offer in Bharathi. but he rejected the offer and moved to chennai.
but still he is suffering with all the mental pains.
i wont blame cyber crime of pune reason is we all know how efficient are they
Hi .. i am planning to take airtel broadband connection for home use. I live in chennai. Any you aware of ongoing offer with airtel for broadband connection in Chennai (Nungambakkam) ?
i have bsnl broadband from the 2year i have not face problem from two year. i thing airtel can not provide broadband on such low prices at last east or west bsnl is best

Past 1 year am having BSNL BroadBand but i didn’t face any problem with respect to performance… for plan change,actually , directly i went to BSNL customer care and given the application that’s it… but i didn’t tried for customer care…. I used to hear from my neighbour wood that, there is lot of hidden charged in Airtel Broad band and at times the speed is very sloww and bla bla…… that is the reason i went to BSNL.
For me BSNL is OK…
